Founder & Principal Investigator

Kristin Alioto is the founder and principal investigator of Alioto Investigations, LLC. She provides litigation-focused investigative services to attorneys, law firms, and investigative agencies throughout Florida, with a concentration in criminal defense, SIU investigations, and complex civil matters.

Her investigative background includes extensive attorney-partnered work on serious felony defense cases, as well as misdemeanor, DUI, and civil litigation support. She is frequently engaged for assignments requiring discretion, evidentiary precision, and courtroom-ready documentation.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University, where she graduated cum laude in 2012 and was inducted into the Criminal Justice National Honor Society. She also completed the Florida Basic Correctional Officer Training Program at Miami Dade College, successfully completing the 420-hour certification program.

As a Florida-licensed investigator, Kristin brings a disciplined, methodical approach to every assignment, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, documentation integrity, and litigation standards.
